Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the users ("Member" or "you") of the ob999 platform and all related services, and the ob999 operator ("we", "us", or "ob999").

By creating an account on ob999 or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms are effective from the date of the latest revision and replace any previous terms of ob999. The Bengali version of these Terms is authoritative and will apply in the event of any dispute.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To use any service on ob999, you must create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full legal name
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Active mobile number
• Email address
• Payment method details

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may only create one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, ob999 reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending balances.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify the ob999 support team immediately.

Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

ob999 grants membership only to individuals who are 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are not under 21 years of age.

ob999 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Upon receiving a verification request, you must submit one of the following documents within the specified time:

• National ID (NID)
• Passport
• Birth registration certificate (as a supplementary document)

If documents are not submitted, or if the information in the documents is inconsistent with the registration details, ob999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account. Protecting minors from gambling is one of our top priorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ob999 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. Deposit processing is generally instant. ob999 does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may independently charge fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• ob999 may request additional documents in the case of unusual transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ob999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ob999 offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Using multiple promotional offers simultaneously is not possible unless explicitly permitted.
• ob999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — bonus winnings become withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
• VIP members receive weekly cashback according to their tier (Bronze: 0.4%, Silver: 0.8%, Gold: 1.1%, Platinum: 1.5%).

Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

ob999 offers betting across various categories including sports betting, casino games, slots, and live casino. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed during a match or before an event begins. ob999 reserves the right to void a bet in the following situations:

• If an event is postponed or abandoned.
• If a clear technical error in odds setting is identified.
• If evidence is found that the event result had already been determined.

6.3 Casino & Gaming

All casino games are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the fairness of results. ob999 believes in fair play, and each game result is entirely independent and not influenced by previous results.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a technical problem causes a disruption to any game or betting session, ob999 will arrange to refund the bet where applicable. Any claim related to the issue must be submitted through the support team.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ob999 platform:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process or legitimize funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Fraudulent Activities: Operating an account using a false identity, stolen payment information, or any other fraudulent means.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts or manipulating the bonus system strategically.
• Software Abuse: Using bots, automation software, hacking tools, or any other unauthorized software.
• Account Sale or Transfer: Selling, renting, or transferring your account to any other person.
• Providing Access to Minors: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to use your account.

Violating any of these prohibitions may result in ob999 immediately closing the account and forfeiting all funds. In serious cases, law enforcement authorities may be notified.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by ob999

ob999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Direction from a regulatory or legal authority.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, subject to conditions being met.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

ob999 reserves the right to impose an administrative fee on accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Details on the inactivity period and fees can be obtained from the support team.

Limitation of Liability

ob999 accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions or technical errors.
• Unauthorized use of your account credentials, where such use is due to your own negligence.
• Service disruptions by third-party payment providers.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions.

ob999's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the transaction involved in the dispute. Claims for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages will not be accepted to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Both parties will attempt to resolve disputes through discussion; if that fails, the applicable legal framework will be followed.
